Download Manager looks like what I’m looking for but I can’t get the file tree or file deletion to work and it seems to handle only one file at a time despite adjusting the number of downloads and stock limits.

If the trial version does not work I can’t risk using the Pro version.

free version is not trial version actually, any pro has 100s more feature, you may check everything with pro in demo. Anyhow please please give me the url where you used tree short-code so that I can check
