Despite the fact that there is a Greek language file some words in frontend still in English. For example in Greek language file the word Previous or Logout is already translated in Greek but frontend still in English

You have to translate them manually, you can use Loco Translate Plugin.

Dear friend as i explained there is already file in Loco in Greek language and the words ARE already translated. pls note that this happens only when you visit My downloads section! The same words if u are just in profile section they are indeed in Greek
