Translate the toolbar text for a multilanguage site

Hi,
I’m using the download manager free version in a multilanguage site. It’s in english and Italian. I need to translate the toolbar in this page:
http://eusoft.azurewebsites.net/risorse/case-study/
‘order by publish date, desc’ must become ‘ordina in base alla data, disc’ for the Italian page.

I also have the wmpl plugin installed, how can I do?
