The “Today’s download” field on the user panel (wpdm_user_dashboard) is not doing the daily count correctly, most of the time being “0”, sometimes it even counts, but it takes a long time to show, the count being not instantaneous, has anyone had this problem and managed to solve it?
Can someone help me?
Hi,
I think you are downloading the individual file. The individual files name will not show there, but it will increase download count if you enable the option
you will find the option from Downloads > Settings > Basic > File Download Increase download count on individual file download option.

I reset the cache and it started to work, but this counter is not so accurate, because I downloaded a file yesterday at 10:30 pm and it is being counted as if it were today too.
Is there a bug in this?
