Hi,
I am trying to use the TinyMCE Button. I cannot got the Quick Add option to work. You go through the process of creating the package and that works fine but when you then download the file it downloads a text file named ‘file-not-found.txt. The text file says ‘File not found or deleted from server’.
Please advise.
Download manager version: 2.9.0
TinyMCE Button version: 2.5.0

Hi,
Please check the Access type of the file. Then Clear your browser cache. Try downloading again.
If it doesn’t works would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

It looks like, your uploaded .zip files are not working. But I tried uploading http://trinitybuckshaw.lancs.sch.uk/wp-admin/post.php?post=1034&action=edit (a zip file) and its working (http://trinitybuckshaw.lancs.sch.uk/download/with-zip-test/)
Please check the files you are uploading is correct or not.

Hi,
The files are uploading correctly and they are not zip files. They are word docs and PDF’s. They are uploaded as you can see them in the Media Library. When I look at the details of a download that is not working you can see there is an issue with it saying the file is missing even though it is not (see attached screenshot) please assist. Many thanks
Please note this occurs using the TinyMce Download button using ‘QUICK ADD’

I tired uploading a .pdf file (http://trinitybuckshaw.lancs.sch.uk/wp-admin/post.php?post=1120&action=edit) too and its working. I can see your doc files are working too. There is something wrong in your pdf files.
Please provide me your one pdf file you had uploaded in smartnjazzy.jk@gmail.com to check the issue.

Hi, I’m sorry but thats not the case / issue. When we use TINY MCE BUTTON ON A PAGE USING QUICK ADD TAB the file does not attach properly. it appears to attach but you can see of the file that for some reason it adds ||| either side of the file so it can not find it. See screenshot. Please assist ASAP.
