TinyMCE button in Elementor not appearing in editor

Hi,
I’m hoping this is a simple thing for you but although I have the plugin installed and activated, etc, the button does not appear in the TinyMCE editor with Elementor. I have the TinyMCE Advanced editor so I can control the things users can change but there is no option within that to make the button appear.

I’ve got other plugins like Captain Form where the button appears. I’ve also tried deactivating all my other plugins on the site to see if any of them are breaking it but nothing changes. In a non-elementor page the button is there, no problems so it looks like a compatibility issue but I’m not clever enough to understand it. Any ideas?
