I would really love a ticket support addon, with a link in dashboard next to each purchased/downloaded item that links to a ticket submission form. Details of the ticket and the discussion between the site owner/customer support agent and the customer should also be available through the dashboard.
Could also offer a bridge between WPDM and say Awesome Ticket Support
