Hi,
Need a bit of assistance on this. This morning, any download link I click on my site results in a blank page opening with gibberish. The PDF file doesn’t download.
http://www.pacificinsurance.com.my/products/products-crop/ – just one page, but the whole site has the same issue.
Nothing else has been changed on the site, and I’ve tried creating a fresh link…same issue.

Try disabling output buffering and resumable download from WPDM Settings. If that doesn’t work then the issue is created by another plugin. If you have installed new plugin recently try deactivating it.
Send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply if suggestions above doesn’t resolve the issue.
There is unexpected output/newline at the top of your page. Which corrupting the pdf file during download process.

I tried to change the theme to test if it is coming from your active theme. But look like it is server related. Please ask your server support about it.
Also, reactivating your previous theme looks like creating a display issue. Maybe there is a required plugin which I haven’t activated.
Please let me know the update after contacting with server support.
