Hello ,

Sorry for this inconvenience.

Make sure that WPDM and all add-ons you are using of WPDM are in the latest version. If you can’t update it directry from WordPress dashboard, Please update manually by uploading these plugins.
If, still the problem exists then please share your admin login credentials with us in a private reply so that we can debug and give you a better solution about it?

You can find other addons of WPDM in plugins page with the first title “WPDM”

However, you missed to provide your website address. please add it to login.

Hello @Rasko,

I have just checked that you are using a outdated version of wpdm. Please update your wpdm version to the latest 6.0.3 from here
It should fix the issues.
Then let me know if the issues persist.

Hello, same problem here, did you find any solution? the plugin is update to the latest version all seems working well but when you press download button appears a white screen with a message of a critical error
