I have updated the latest version of the Download Manager Version 3.2.07. I have the latest version of WPDM – Button Templates Version 1.3.0 since the latest update anytime people visit a page that have the button templates on them they receive a There has been a critical error on this website; the page doesn’t load correctly at that point. If I disable button templates the site functions normally but it shows the shortcode to the button. The page in question is

Please check now we have adjusted your issue. You were using the older version of the WPDM Button Templates add-on.

Thank you I had run all of the updates thru the interface and it said they were all up to date.

yes, the WPDM Button Templates add-on was outdated. So we have updated it and the issue got resolved.
Also, sometimes the update shows delayed due to WordPress cron job.

One thing I have learned in this, if you go to Downloads, Settings, Updates click the free add-ons and login and click check for updates, it showed all my add-ons were updated.
Also if you go to plugins or check for updates it did not show new versions of the add-ons.
