Theme Conflict - WordPress Download Manager

I am using a purchased theme and when I activate Download Manager it disables the website login. When you click on the login or register button the dropdown menu has disappeared and you clicking on the button takes you no where. Is there anyway around this conflict?

I use this plugin on another website and absolutely love it, so really want to get it work on the new one.

Please go to Downloads->Settings and try to disable Twitter Bootstrap in Misc Settings. If this doesn’t work, give us a temporary wp-admin access via a private reply.
