the shortcode not work

Hello I installed the free version but it does not work since I upgraded. I tried to turn it off or delete it and reinstall it but not downloading files using the shortcode. why? here the path where you can see it does not work:

Please give us temporary wp-admin access via a private reply. We need to check it in your installation.
