I will buy the pro version of the plugin, but I wonder if the templates below (in this demo) is to be chosen by default.

http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/archive-page/
http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/style-2/
http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/style-3/
http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/all-categories/

Because I’ll need these templates on a website.

for those, you will need this add-on http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-directory-add-on/ with wpdm pro.

Sorry to bump up this thread but I was going to ask the exact question. Please be more specific: could you pleae include more detailed instructions on how to reproduce the layouts?
Yes, I know about the shortcodes but especially style two and style three are impossible for me to reproduce. Your back-end demo doesn’t allow to access the pages so I can’t have a look at the exacpt set-up…

Shaon, your plugin is great but your support is miserable. I have to be harsh here and even rude but as a long-time customer having had to suffer from this low-quality support I feel entitled to. Sorry again for being rude!

How can you seriously answer with a reference to this ? I asked for a specific layout setup, one which you use as a demo. Aren’t you able to reproduce it or what is the problem?

Mate, you get so much money from us buyers, every little addon costs 20 dollars for one year of updates. Why can’t I access the support forum after the year expired? So the price includes both updates AND support!

Since you are charging a premium price, the least is to really ask for a minimum of support.

Other developers charge only half of your prices but deliver a prompt and detailled support.

If you look through the support forum, you will seldom find one of your answers longer that one or two sentences. Do you even read the questions or don’t you care about customers’ need?

Again: Do you care about customers’ need or is it just the money you are interested in?

I would understand if it was a free plugin but since this is a paid plugin with a dedicated support forum this is by no means an appropriate atiitude.
I wish I hadn’t spend more than 150 dollars over the years for such a bad support.

@mrmad, extremely sorry, but we check and reply in free forum whenever we get free time, but in pro forum http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/forum/download-manager-pro/ we reply 2 or 3 times a day. So as you are a pro user please use pro forum for fast reply. I gave you the reference url as, I simply had to copy the instruction here again to explain, but extremely sorry if my ans offended you.

Anyhow here it is:
[wpdm-archive button_style=”default” link_template=”link-template-panel” items_per_page=”10″ category=”category-slug” order_by=”field-name” order=”asc|desc”] – use the short-code inside page or post content to show directory like interface for wpdm

Parameters:

– buton_style = default | success | info | warning | danger
– link_template = any link template id ( optional parameter )
– category = use any category slug here if you want to create an archive page for that specific category or don’t use the parameter
– order_by = package_size_b | date | modified | download_count | view_count | title
