I created some files and gave them the Tag “XYZ”, when i insert the shortcode [wpdm_tag id="XYZ" item_per_page="10"] no files are shown, only the searchform. Did i miss something?
Thanks and greetings
Niels
Hi @nealz,
Hope you are well.
If you find latest update of wpdm, then please update it first.
Then can you please try this addon? This is a tag-importer plugin. After installing the plugin you shall get an option from
Downloads > Settings > Migrate Tags
https://www.dropbox.com/s/olxlius9wpy0rh4/wpdm-tag-importer.zip
please check and let me know after taking essential steps
Thank you and regards
Hi Tanvir,
thanks for the fast response. I download and activated the plugin and migrated the tags, but still nothing showing. Do i need the pro version to show the tags because on your documentation its under “Pro”.
Otherwise i always can click on migrate tags even i did it already, should it be like this?
It works fine when i use [wpdm_category id="XYZ"], but not with the tag :/

Hi,
You won’t need a pro, please send me temporary wp-admin login info to check your issue.
Use the tag filter shortcode like this:
[wpdm_packages tag="rk31" items_per_page="10"]
Hello,
thanks for the help but when i use this code, it shows all of the documents, not only the one with the tag “rk31”.
Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience, we have found the issue and fixed it on your site, also public update coming within next few hours. Use you continue using [wpdm_tag] now :).
