I’m using the lock option to require a password before downloading the file, the issue is that sometimes it gets stucked before asking for the password, and it remains with the loading iframe…
If you refresh several times it works, but it doesn’t feel right…
Issue reported on chrome and safari.
Any ideas what could solve this?

There could be javascript conflict that is causing the issue.
In this case, I would suggest to clear cache or disable the super cache plugin of your website. It may fix the issue.
Then if the problem persists, you can also check the issue by disabling all plugins except wpdm. If the issue is gone then enable plugins one by one to check the specific plugin conflict.
After following these steps, if the issue remains, please provide me temporary admin access in a private reply to inspect from my side.
