Hi all,

First of all, great job and great plugin !
Everything work like a charm, except the statistics part.
When I go in the list of files, download counters work well.
However, when I go in the statistics they stay empty with the message “No downloads found” and I can’t pick a date in the calendar, from field and to field are both stuck on date of the day.
I tried to force the filter with this Url :
edit.php?post_type=wpdmpro&page=wpdm-stats&type=history&filter=1&from_date=2021-08-30&to_date=2021-08-31
But statistics are still empty.
Do I miss something ?

Hello @bnlv,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please provide us with your temporary wp-admin login details and site URL in a private reply for checking the issue.
Also, there can be a conflict with another plugin, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking, please let me know then.
Thank You

Hello,

Thanks for your quick answer and for your help.
I had the problem on the beta version of the website, but it seems to work perfectly on the production version (I installed it this morning on the production version). Both sites are identical and located on the same server, that’s odd, but no need for further investigations.

The date picker is still stuck on today, but I guess it’s normal considering that I only have statistics for today, do you confirm ?

Have a good day !

Hi @bnlv,
Yes, when you will download any file on the next day or so on then the date picker will work.
Hope you understand.
With Regards
