I’d like to let you know, that we request screenshots/screencasts as they really help us understand customer issues precisely and avoid confusion/misunderstanding. This makes it easier to understand, debug, and resolve an issue ASAP. In most cases, the written description leads us nowhere and we have to constantly ask for more details.
Though the screenshot/screencasts requirement might not make any sense from your perspective, we request that only to serve our customers faster and better.
