Hello,
I’m having a problem on my site with downloads from news stories.

Could you be crowned Screwfix Trade Apprentice 2023?

It works on some packages but seems to be problem with 2 users who both have admin rights.

Hello,

I have found that no files are attached in the download packages.
You can check those from Downloads > All Packages if you find no files, please attach files from there.
Also found that you are using old version of wpdm pro. That is not recommended. If possible please update it to the latest version 6.2.9
