Single Column with Doc Preview template does not seem to work on mobile. On desktop it usually works but sometimes the page has to be refreshed multiple times to get the document to display.
For refreshing issue, you can clear cache/cookie from your browser, also you can use a good cache plugin, I hope it may help you,
