Short Codes are not rendering Download interface

Please help. Beginning a couple of days ago, the Download Manager shortcodes are not rendering the interface needed to download the files. I have done everything on my end to make sure that there should be no impediment, and I have had several people looking at the website and CPanel to make sure there is nothing that should impede your plugin’s function on this end. It seems to be a problem in the plugin. Please let me know how we can resolve this problem.

Deactivate all plugins temporarily except WPDM and see if that solves the problem. Then, activate the plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
