Hi there,
I’m experiencing an issue with the Download Plugin settings on the backend of the website.
When I open the **Settings** tab, I can see the following options listed:
* Basic
* User Interface
* Frontend Access
* Cron Jobs
* Privacy
They highlight when I hover my mouse over them, but when I click on any of the options, nothing opens and no settings page loads.
I’m not sure if this limitation is because we are using the free version of the plugin, or if there may be a configuration issue or error preventing the pages from opening.
Could you please advise or let me know what might be causing this?

Kindly clear your browser,server cache and perform a hard refresh of the settings page.
