Select Files on Quick Add not working anymore

I have version 2.6.1 running on WordPress 3.9 and in the last week the “Select Files” button on the Quick Add window does not work anymore. See screenshot attached thanks.

Hi Shaon,

I just did a vanilla install of WordPress 3.9 and added Download Manager 2.6.2 and I’m still experiencing the same problem. I can’t add a file using the Quick Add option. Any update on when this will be fixed thanks?
