Hi,
Search results for shortcode [wpdm_search_result init=0] not working well anymore.
They return posts as a result instead of the files that match the search string.

The search result will work like this demo. Please check it.
Could you please share the related page/file/package URL with us?
However, it will be very cooperative if you record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this?

Hi,
Great to hear on your solution!
I turned the home page to be posts and the search results working well on the staging site although it is strange to make my homepage a posts page. It was not like this before.
Any other solution for this?

Furthermore, when I use your solution on the live site, search results come with errors:
