Search of wp doesn't find the downloadentries

I use the actual 2.7.82 version of the wpdownloadmanager but I cannot find any of the entries. I disabled the multisite – nothing. I disabled the performance-plugins – nothing. I checked all entries, but all are PUBLIC. If I use a search-term (which exist in the download-title, -description and -summary) the URL is domain.com/s=SEARCHTERM – that seems to be correct.

I used an old version of the manager and migrated to the 2.7. I never checked the searchresults before, but actual there is no function.

Maybe it’s important to mention that the url changed, after the uploading finish – but the database seems to be clear.

What can I do? Which search-steps can I simulate to find the error and how? – Any ideas?

after deinstallation the same effect – no change, the search doesn’t work
but the database hasn’t changed – another try
