I have installed the Plugin, added 2 assets. If you search using Plugin built-in search no results are found. If you search using Theme search assets are shown.
keyword to search: Asset 1, Asset, Asset 2
(working) Theme search: sidebar
(not working) Plugin Search: is located on top of the Assets, under main heading
I have noticed that when searched via Theme search, URL is: /?s= If you search via the Plugin search, URL is /?search=
How to make this plugin functional so Search can work as intended. There are no other plugins, just WPDM.

Sorry for the inconvenience. The feature is working fine from my testing site. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. please check and let me know.
