Same IP address lots of downloads at the same time

Hello,
first, thank you for this wonderful plugin!!!
I host my files in the media library of WordPress and they are around 40 MB. The hosting provider is Siteground.
When I look at the download history I see repeating that the same IP address is downloading a file for 10-20 times at the same time.
Is there something wrong for some of the users and they repeatedly click on the download link so many times or is this something else?
