Hi,
1. What is the easiest way to require registration/login, in order for the users to be able to download a pdf file?
2. Where will the registration details be saved?
3. Can I modify the registration fields?

Hi,
The easiest way is Enable Email Lock method and the login details will be enlistd in Downloads>Subscribers.

# For downloading a file you can give role-based access for a certain user from Package Settings > Allow Access
# For registration details view you can check the details from Users > All Users menu
