Request the download

Hi Shaon,

It would be great to have feature that can allow us (and other customers) to configure request the download feature. Customer can request the download and if we approve that, after approving he will get a message on his mail with the link.
We need this feature because we have different customers. Some customers must have a possibility to download some resources, others – no. The new customers register every day, so we can’t use Individual File Download feature for that.
