Request of the ability to disable Master Key functionality in Package settings

Hi,

I would like to be possible to disable the Master Key functionality in order to avoid the possibility that someone, having the master key, can download a file bypassing site user authentication, so that users that can download a file are only the ones authenticated to the site and part of the group listed in “Allow access” field in “Package settings”.
