Remove little dropdown menu

Hi,

I recently installed the downloadmanager via the wordpress plugin section.

I love it, however i do have 1 question: how do i remove the little red dropdown menu right under the ‘contact’ section in the header menu?

I’m not seeing anything like that, may you please give me a screenshot and temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply to check the issue.
