Hi,
allow access is by default set for all visitors. Is there any way to remove it? I want to set it in the category of the packages.

Yes, you can set access to each category too. Got to downloads->category-> add/edit categories. (Select the roles who should have access to the packages under this category)

I’m aware of that – I have already uploaded ca. 100 packages and wasn’t aware that access to all visitors was set as default – till now I didn’t find any way to remove that later… is that possible still after you have uploaded the packages?
Any suggestion?

You need to remove the access manually from each package. And then assign the each package to specific category with specific access.

i solved it using mysql. Manually i would have gone nuts ..
