Refund and turn off automatic renewal

This is the second time I’ve tried contacting support in your “chat” and being told to post here.

So here’s another post.

We are still waiting on our refund for Lazy Download Add-on once you admitted you had falsely advertised its capabilities.

And please ensure that automatic renewal is turned off.
