Hello,

I was charged for the pro version of the plugin even though I had canceled the auto renew and would like to request a refund.

Thank you for your reply.

Have you sent an order note from the order details page to cancel the auto-renewal?

Also, we sent a reminder email 7 days before the auto-renewal.
