Redirect to a different URL for too big files

It is not uncommon that there are files, which you want to store on your website, but the size has multiple Gigabytes, meanwhile you are unable to attach a remote URL, because the original site uses a token system. In order to still share the files with you subscribers, there should be a redirect feature, where you can redirect to the original site (with an open new tab command), so that your users can grab the file.
