I was charged on the 5th December for a subscription, but the site was for a previous job.

Can I cancel the subscription as it has gone to my personal credit card?

Thank you for that. I don’t have access to the website anymore so I can’t make any changes to the settings.

I do not need the service so can I please have a refund issued.
