One of my customers made a purchase yesterday and paid with PayPal, and downloaded the item. But I never did get any notification that I got paid. I was made aware of the purchase because the customer contacted me about issues he had (that needed fixing) after he downloaded the items. That never happen before with the prior purchases, not sure why it happens now.

I have checked your mailing system. It is working properly from your site. One thing, I have noticed is that your pages are not redirecting properly like the purchases page because of your site permalink settings. please check and let me know

You can change your permalink settings from Wp-admin > Settings > Permalinks. And its post name is preferable. please check

OK, I have changed the setting to “Post Name“. Is there anything else I am supposed to do, or that is it?

I am not sure how to test it, other than going through and making the real purchase. There is no sandbox option to test it for me.
