Profile links and download history not working?

Hi, we have the free version installed and the dashboard seems ok except the links on the left side to edit profile and download history always return a page not found error?
Any help would be appreciated.

please use flaturl=0 with short-code.

Thanks its fixed that problem but now when you select a file you just get part of the Profile display and the rest of the page is blank?
