Hi!
I´m using the Download Manager Version 3.2.15. In Edge it works fine.
But in Firefox when downloading a protected file:

Error: Secured connection failed

An error occurred while connecting to domain.tld.

The website cannot be displayed because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the owner of the website to inform him about this problem.

Anyone has a solution for that?
Thanks!
Best,
Chris

Hello,

Could you please provide related package url of the website to test? It will help me to identify and solve the problem easily.
However you can visit about:config then set security.tls.version.max integer to 3 or 4 from you firefox browser then let me know if the issue still persists.

Thanks

Hello,

Got the issue.
You are using a direct download link which is not ssl protected that mean that link is not https . It is causing the issue in mozilla firefox. Make sure all links of your website gets https.
If your site doesn’t make every page https, The solution lies only in firefox setting

However wpdm doesn’t use direct download link. You can check it by making packages or check the demo
In this case, You can set output buffering option disable to check it may solve the issue.
