Problems Adding/Editing New Files

I originally set up the download manager and added a few files to it with no problem. After a few weeks I went in to try updating and adding a couple new files but it won’t let me now. When I click on an existing file it directs me to a page that just says “Updated!” in the top left corner. Simiilarly when I try to create a new entry it directs me to a page that says “Created!” in the top left. It creates the new entry but I can’t add or change anything in it. I just updated to the lastest version of the plugin hoping that would help but no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

I have already tried that. Deactivated, reactivated…nothing. I tried deleting and re-installing and that didn’t work either.
