Hi,

Just added Download Manager plugin to my wordpress site. Went to add my pdf file using the upload section at the right hand side. Keep getting an error message. My file is definitely in pdf format. It is under 64 mb. Why am I having problems.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

You can provide your wp-admin login info for the short period until the problem solved then you reset your pass.
The file you attached it also showing error here due to file size.
Thank you

Sorry the file was too large to upload here. I sent a link to it on google drive along with user name and password of my wordpress site.

I hope we can work this out. I really liked the youtube presentation you gave and want to be able to use the plugin.

Off to the dentist now, so will check when I get back.

Thanks again.

You can check your Download/WPDM settings where you can set “Upload Settings” and checked the Chunk Upload to overcome upload limits. Hope it will resolve the problem.
If you need more assistance you can provide your issue with wp-admin login info in private reply.
Thank you

Good Morning Kazi

I tried your suggestion this morning but it still give me a BIG X when I try to upload my file. So I published it and then previewed the file and did a down. It did download correctly. So, I’m not sure what the X means but it seems to be working now. Thank you for all your help.
