Problem with Upload File

I have been a user of yours for years and have never had any problems. Today, however, yes…
I have several sites and if I continue to use your version Version 3.3.12 on WordPress 6.7.2 everything works fine, I can upload the file easily with the Drag here or Select File option.
However, updating to version 3.3.14 with wordpress 6.8 and with no updates to do, things change. I can upload the file, the upload bar moves, but then it can no longer save the file, remaining in the upload phase. I have several sites and they all do the same thing. I can only upload files from the “Select from Media Library” button.

How can I solve this?

We are having the same issue on a number of websites. Just updated to wordpress 6.8 and are on the latest version of WP Download Manager.

I think there is conflict between your plugins, so it may be conflting. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. please kindly check.

I understand… but since the problem coincides with the update to 6.8 in all my sites where I installed your plugin, where I do not have the same plugins, something does not add up…

Can you please setup PHP error log from your this page, https://museodiocesanoprenestino.it/wp-admin/index.php, thus we can check the issue what happening related to WPDM? Please kindly check.

I made the changes required by the plugin and activated the display error from php ini.

Ok, so I have to wait for a new plugin update? Or that I receive other indications? I hope that it can be solved with a new update so all the sites will be solved. At the moment as much as I am using the plugin uploading the files to Media.
