users can see the player but they can’t play, idk why!

and i want to know which are the limit of the uploads?

Would you please give us a temporary wp-admin access via a private reply with your working URL? We need to check it there.

There are no limit in Download Manager to upload file.

Your player is working Loading.. . It didn’t work because in Package Settings Allow Individual File Download was disabled.

You can not upload file more than 10mb because your server maximum file upload size is 10mb. Please increase server maximum file upload size.

It is not possible with the plugin but you have to modify the plugin code. You have to make query to do that.
