Problem with password protection - WordPress Download Manager

Hi,

I’m using the free version and when I set a password on a PDF file, the download of the file (using shortcode) does not work anymore. I seen a field to enter the password, but then I get a JSON file with:
{“error”:””,”downloadurl”:”http:\/\/www.croque-vacances-lemouret.ch\/?wpdmdl=826&_wpdmkey=55747de6f356c”}

Any idea what is wrong ??

May be it is happening any js conflict. Would you please give us a temporary wp-admin access and the URL via a private reply? We need to check it in your installation.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve checked with other plugins, and the problem is with “Simple Shortcodes”. If I disable it, your plugins works again.

(I’ll not give an admin access, sorry)

As I don’t need anymore this shortcode plugin, the problem is solved for me.
