Problem with Downloads without lock-options

Hello

I have the problem that the downloads on my page: https://ship-standard.ch/download-releases/
It worked in the past – but now any longer
Clicking the download button I get only the link: https://ship-standard.ch/download-releases/#

But if the lock options is activated the download works.
You can check the different between:
First download [wpdm_package id='15288'] no lock option
and
Second download [wpdm_package id='14414'] with lock option

Is there anything I can do in the setting e.g.
please help – I could provide admin access to WP

After disabling WPML Multilingual CMS plugin all downloads are working fine. please check now.

Hi Nayeem,
thank you for your fast reply. Is there a way to solve this conflict?
WPML is a major plugin which is essential because it makes the site multilingual (https://wpml.org).
Do you know what causes the conflict. Turning off a plugin is no solution.
