Problem with Apps Shop Theme

I have installed and activated the “Apps Shop” theme, but there is a visual problem when I view my website. It looks like most of the CSS styles aren’t there, as well as there’s no WP admin bar at the top of the page. See here:

Can someone help me fix this? What could be causing this issue?

I installed the WP Download Manager plugin and imported the demo content. I now have some more styling on the site, but it’s still missing a lot. The website can be viewed here: https://mobilegamerclub.com

How can I get the navigation bar to show? How can I get the homepage sidebar to show? How can I add content to the slider?
