I found a Problem in Version 6.2.5, that if I update any existing package, so it disturbs the file link/attach directory.

you can see it in the screenshot.

may you will fix this issue.

Thanks for contacting us.

Let me know please if you have added license key from Downloads > Settings > License
Generally this problem occurs if license is not set.
