There is an issue with ssl certificate of your website. I see ssl certificate in iphone but dont see that in pc. Please make sure that the ssl certificate works perfect everywhere
I have checked that the file is downloaded in phone. No .html is added in the downloaded file.
Could you please confirm if the downloaded pdf is okay by opening in a pdf reader?

Mainly the issue is because of the faulty ssl on your site. Your whole website is not getting https properly on all devices. As in pc I see

As you have already installed ssl, I would suggest you to use this plugin to make https perfect.
If the ssl issue is fixed, I hope the problem will be gone in iphone and all other devices.

I checked it in chrome browser in windows os pc.
I have just checked it in mozilla firefox. the https is okay but issue with only google chrome. Also I found ssl is okay in safari in iphone but the download issue could be a result of the ssl http/https missmatch

By the way Could you please tell me if the downloaded pdf is okay by opening in a pdf reader in iphone?
