I purchased V5.4 although did not renew the next year as it was used for a legacy site. Worpress added their auto plugin update so it seems the plugin updated auto to perhaps the free version as my custom template is now no longer accessable? Below the info. How can I get the plugin version for the Pro for what I purchased to get the custom template back?

Free version of Download Manager doesn’t have the option for custom template that’s the reason you can’t access your custom template. You have to renew the pro version for that. Please mail support@wpdownloadmanager.com with your Order Id details.
