hi – i’m interested in pro, but need these important questions answered asap ——>
1) Is there a way to double opt in – verification of emails before downloading?
2) How can i capture MORE info about a user – besides, name, title, etc?
3) what is the max data I can capture in question#2 above?
4) Reporting – is there a way to see who downloaded what + ALL of their details (name, address, phone number, zip, email)?
5) Reporting – is there author notification after download? and will is send all the details above?
6) what happens if a user wants to download more then one item- does he have to add this info again and again?
Please advise asap. ready to purchase if these questions are answered.
Admin – ready to buy if you answer my questions.. Is this how support is handled?
