I am a Download Manager Pro member, but now it’s telling me that this is area is restricted to me. I can’t get into Pro Forum area, and I can’t download the latest release.
I don’t understand. Could you please check on this.

it is because 1 year update and support time after purchase is over, now you need to purchase pro license again to get another year of update and support.
I surely care about old members, but you should understand it is never possible to provide life time support and update for a single price and you also will be get such option anywhere, it is very common standard 1 year update and support after purchase. @rebeccafonseca, if you are using single site license, you need to purchase again to get another year of update and support, but for business and developer license need to pay 60% or original price only.
